Placing, buzzing, rargh

Some nice stuff tonight, but still a ways to go. I’m trying to concentrate on keeping my hands in the proper downward flipper position, but that requires me to go very slowly. Seeing as how I’ve had this harp for about a week, this is not surprising. šŸ™‚ I’m looking forward to the days when I can simply enjoy making music, at least at a low level.

I’m also finding some instances where placing further ahead than just the next note — even leapfrogging to the following note without placing the one between — enables me to pay closer attention to one hand or the other. I’m also trying to let my right hand get a sense of its location without visual confirmation.
